Delivery Policy

P.P.R. Electronics offers same day delivery for all orders placed before 12 noon. Upon delivery item will be powered on and configured for first time use if requested by the customer.

Please Note:

• This excludes delivery to the following locations: Point Fortin/Muruga/Rio Claro/Saparia/Grande etc. delivery to these locations are done on weekends only, in rare instances delivery to these destinations will be accommodated on a week day.

• Staff of PPR Electronics is not obligated to install Software/Hardware (printers/acc. ) to the unit upon delivery. This must be requested upon placing order of item, these services however incurs an addition charge.

Free delivery is only provided within Trinidad for items purchased in excess of $1500 TT. To qualify for delivery to any destination further than San Fernando (South) or Arima (East) Items must be at least $3000 in value. 

Delivery Locations

Homes (Selected Locations) Work Place/Office, nearest Police Station or Shopping complex

Please Note: Any area known as a crime “Hot Spot” or deemed unsafe by Management of P.P.R. Electronics, our delivery service to such areas will not be accommodated.

Delivery of Accessories

A delivery fee will apply to all accessories (except when purchased with a laptop), fee depends on destination of delivery, delivery of accessories may take as much as three (3) working days.

Tobago Deliveries

P.P.R. Electronics is please to provide Free Delivery to our Tobago customers via TTPOST, delivery time is generally two working days after confirmation of payment.

Please note: Before item(s) are shipped to Tobago the unit is normally tested to verify functionality, therefore the box will be open and not sealed as advertised.
